We are seeking enthusiastic person to join our team. All training can be given, we are hiring on attitude although previous experience in a hospitality setting is beneficial. All applicants must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and ability to work at pace following instruction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Seating customers as they arrive into the café managing expectations in a friendly, informative manner
- Taking orders
- Exceeding customer expectations for quality and experience
- Clearing tables when customers leave
- Processing payments
- Replenishing stock
- Following cleaning schedules
- Making sure the café is kept meticulously clean at all times
- Making Barista style coffees
Working 2 days each week (12-16 hours) with extra for holiday cover the hours can vary but are between 9 a.m. & 4.30 p.m. and will include weekends on occasion.
