This role is based on 3 to 5 days per week, 5 days a week for holiday cover for the Café Manager. During peak times of the business June to October this role will be 4 to 5 days per week, during non peak times this role will be 2 to 5 days per week depending on the demand of the business. Weekend work will be essential for this role.
As a Café Supervisor your job will be to support the café manager in day to day running of the business and also:
· Training and supervising staff
· Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
· Overseeing stock levels
· Ordering supplies
· Handling customer enquiries and complaints
· Taking reservations
· Greeting and advising customers
· Problem solving
· Assist The Walled Garden Trading Company in any other such ways as may be identified from time to time
· Handling and completion of routine paperwork
· Allergen awareness and product knowledge
Experience in this role is essential.
The rate of pay will depend on experience.
