We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to an excellent customer experience.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-presented.
- Carry out some laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with the capability to manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
