Trainee VAT / Accounts Assistant - Elgin

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team in our Elgin office. This is a full-time position based in the office. Applicants will not be expected to have prior knowledge or experience as full training will be provided.

The primary duties will be: -

• Book-keeping on Cloud software and preparation of VAT returns and associated accounting and administration duties.

• Preparation of limited company accounts

• Preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience.

• Good communication skills

• Have the willingness to learn and be a team player.

This role is ideal for a school leaver looking to pursue a career in accountancy.
