We are looking for a keen and reliable individual to join our team on a busy arable and potato farm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in agriculture and would like to learn how to operate tractors and farm machinery. Whether you are just starting out or already have some farming experience, full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day farm work
- Learning to operate tractors and machinery
- Supporting planting, crop care, and harvest operations
- Helping with machinery maintenance and general farm duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be hardworking and reliable
- Have an interest in farming and machinery
- Be able to work as part of a team
Previous agricultural experience is helpful but not essential.
