Fochabers Icecream Parlour is an Ice Cream parlour serving amazing Ice-creams, Waffles, Milkshakes, Sundaes, teas and coffee with delicious home-bakes - everything is made on site.
We are looking for a fantastic team member with bursting personalities who can bring fun to a workplace as well as provide excellent customer service.
Summary of Key responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Fochabers Icecream Parlour
- Ability to Cope under EXTREME pressure Ability to self-manage Demonstrate Multi-tasking with ease
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service and be able to anticipate customer’s needs and expectations:
- Maintaining high hygiene standards as well as being able to demonstrate food preparation skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- have at least 1 years’ experience in a busy environment
- be dedicated to exceptional customer service

- able to use own initiative
- Previous experience in food preparation and barista skills or a culinary environment is preferred.
- Be prepared to work weekdays with very occasional weekends. Good pay with good future for the right trustworthy person. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possess the right attitude and passion for quality food!
