We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver high-quality drinks will contribute significantly to the overall dining experience. Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently while ensuring their needs are met.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal requirements regarding alcohol service.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Uphold food safety standards by following hygiene practices in accordance with regulations.
  • Support your colleagues and assist with FOH duties during busy times

Experience

  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
  • A solid understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition, capable of creating rapport with guests.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting is essential for success in this role.
