DYW Moray are looking to appoint an Apprenticeships Development Manager on a fixed term basis (covering a secondment) until 31st March 2027. Working with the DYW team, the individual must be dynamic and experienced. This pivotal role will focus on developing and implementing DYW Moray apprenticeship strategy, managing employer relationships, and creating new apprenticeship opportunities to meet local and regional skills needs. This role will also have line management responsibilities within the DYW Moray team.
The successful candidate will hold a degree at SCQF Level 9 in a relevant field and in addition will have a minimum of 2 years significant experience of engaging with employers and promoting apprenticeships, as well as a strong background in workforce development and employer partnerships.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, a sound understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and funding, and have a proven track record in managing events, and the ability to deliver clear, data-driven reports.
Occasional travel will be required to engage with stakeholders and attend events. Flexibility is essential to accommodate employer and partner needs.
