Young People & Parents

content

Many young people don’t know what career path they want to follow once they leave education; DYW Moray works to better prepare young people for the world of work through engagement with employers.

Through engaging with local employers young people are supported to learn about and explore different pathway options.

We are here to support young people to find and follow their career aspirations.

Being an employer led organisation allows for DYW Moray to tap into the local workforce to share their stories and experiences with young people, inspiring them to take the first step into their career journey. We aim to share with young people, career information with the opportunity to develop skills they will need in their chosen career.
