DYW Moray is delighted to announce that our Employer of the Month award for September has been awarded to Sgt Mark Whyte of the British Army, for his long-standing commitment to inspiring and supporting young people across Moray.

Mark has been a consistent advocate for developing the skills and ambitions of young people in the region. Through his work with schools, he engages with learners by participating in Careers Fairs, delivering STEM workshops and facilitating whole year-group team-building days. His dedication has given countless young people the chance to explore career opportunities, gain confidence and develop valuable skills that will benefit them in the future.

Attending Elgin Academy’s Career Fair last week, Sgt Mark Whyte, British Army Careers, said:
