DYW Moray Recognises AES Renewables’ Callum Milton as Employer Recognition of the Month

Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Moray is delighted to announce that Callum Milton of AES Renewables has been awarded Employer Recognition of the Month in recognition of his outstanding support for young people across Moray.

Callum has consistently gone above and beyond to engage with schools and learners, supporting several different schools across the region. He has delivered a wide range of meaningful activities designed to inspire and inform, including classroom talks, mock interviews, and participation in a number of careers fairs. Through these engagements, he provides young people with valuable, real-world insight into the world of work from a young person's perspective and the renewable energy sector.

As a long-standing DYW Moray Ambassador and more recently became a DYW Moray Apprenticeship Ambassador, Callum has been a passionate advocate for apprenticeships and working in Moray over a number of years. He regularly shares his own career journey, helping young people to better understand the pathways available to them and encouraging them to consider opportunities within the sector.

His continued commitment to working with DYW Moray and local partners has made a lasting impact. Callum’s approachable nature and willingness to give his time make him a fantastic role model for young people across Moray.
