About Our Sessions

  1. A Mock Interview is a structured practice interview designed to help pupils build confidence and enhance their performance ahead of real interviews for work, college, or university.  Participating employers will receive a set of standardised interview questions. Each interview is expected to last approximately 5–8 minutes per pupil.
  2. A CV Workshop is a guided session that teaches pupils how to develop a professional CV, highlighting their strengths and relevant skills.
  3. A Workplace Expectations Talk helps pupils understand what employers look for in the workplace — including attitudes, communication, punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism. The session prepares young people for their first work experiences by exploring the behaviours and standards expected in different work environments.
